Practice

August 16, 2010: practice begins for Fall 2010 semester(see below for details)

Monday: Swim

8-9 pm at Ramsey Pool. Coached by Will Spence. Swim practices are geared to all ability levels. Practice lanes are divided into ability groups and workouts are similar but vary in intensity and speed among the levels. You may chose to be in any group you wish.

Tuesday: Run

Coached by Thomas Johnson. Meet at the track or batting cages at IM fields. Details will be sent out on list serve.

Wednesday: Swim

8-9 pm at Ramsey Pool. Coached by Will Spence.  All abilities welcomed.
 

Thursday: Indoor Cycling

7:30-8:30pm at Ramsey Cycle Studio. Coached by Dane Teszler. Great workout to better your cycling skills and general aerobic fitness. All members are welcome, but priority will be given to Racing team members if the studio is full.
 

Saturday: Road Ride

Morning group rides - Specifics sent out through list serve. Meet at Varsity on Broad St. Multiple paced groups led by team members. These rides are no drop, which means that trip leaders will cycle back and forth to make sure that no one is left behind; it doesn’t necessarily mean you will have a cycling partner the entire time. Mileage for the group will vary from 10-60miles depending on your ability and training needs. Some of us meet up to ride before or after the group to get in extra milage.
